HERE TO HELP

A little help
with your next hatch.

Find your next step, whether you’re importing a recording or managing your workspace.

A recording is queued or processing failed

Open the recording in your workspace to check its current stage and attempt history. A queued recording is waiting for processing capacity. Longer recordings take more time. If an attempt fails, use the available retry action before its expiry time; analysis retries can reuse a saved transcript.

Check that the VOD still exists, belongs to your connected Twitch account and is accessible. Recordings can be up to six hours long. Don’t resubmit the same recording repeatedly while an attempt is running.

Subscriptions, trials and payments

Workspace owners can manage their subscription, payment details, invoices and cancellation from billing. Cancelling renewal keeps access until the subscription or trial ends. Premium and Studio have unlimited processing hours while active, including trials; recording, concurrency and export limits still apply.

For a payment or refund enquiry, include the workspace name and invoice reference. Never send card numbers or payment credentials.

Account and privacy controls

Use account settings to disconnect Twitch or request account deletion. Transfer a shared workspace to another owner or remove its other members before deleting the owning account. Download clips you need before their displayed expiry; ClipHatch is not a permanent archive.
