Availability and review
ClipHatch provides a workspace for importing your own accessible Twitch recordings, transcription, AI highlight suggestions and clip exports, subject to enabled features and access limits. These draft terms require professional review and an identified contracting entity before public commercial launch. Processing speed and AI accuracy are not guaranteed. Direct YouTube publishing is not currently provided.
Your content and permissions
You must own the recordings you process or hold sufficient authorisation. You retain ownership of your content. The final terms must define the limited processing licence needed to operate the service and the applicable provider requirements.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass platform restrictions, process unlawful content or submit material without permission. Free workspaces include six processing hours per UTC calendar month. Premium is £10/month and Studio £16.99/month per workspace with unlimited processing hours while active, including trials. Individual recordings are limited to six hours; concurrency, seat and export limits still apply. Eligible Premium trials last seven days with a payment method and convert to £10/month unless cancelled before trial end. Manage renewal cancellation in workspace billing. Statutory cancellation rights, refunds, tax treatment, liability and dispute provisions still require legal review.
